PlowPro

Standalone test pages, professional look: muted navy / slate-teal / gray, system text, 8px corners. Anchored top bar above — Jobs, Customers, Routes, Invoices, Track — same on every page in the final app. Full polished layout is Phase 7's look pass; these test cards keep the same logic.

Boss setup / sign in

Employee sign in

Forgot boss password

Code delivery by email is Phase 5. Until then, a minted code cannot reach your inbox — do not call forgot-password fully working until Phase 5 lands.

Customers + Jobs (Phase 2)

Sign in first. Mode switch, A–Z list, dedicated edit pages, Schedule staying on Customers, Jobs only scheduled, Create Invoice.

+ New customer

Routes + GPS (Phase 3)

Sign in first. Today's Route, GPS to Google Maps, Optimize by GPS (nothing changes until Apply), live tracking, GPS mileage to Track.

Live tracking

Location stays on your phone. Only miles, date, mode, and route name are saved — never your location history. Distances are straight-line estimates, not road miles.

Invoices (Phase 4)

Drafts first. Sent/Paid are tucked behind "Show sent/paid" — nothing is ever deleted from the list view except by the Delete button (boss only). No Pay Now buttons here — the pay link lives on the emailed invoice (Phase 5).

Email settings — how invoices are sent (Phase 5)

Central sending only — no Gmail. Invoices go from PlowPro Billing <billing@murraybooks.us>. Only the Reply-To below is yours to change. The Resend API key lives only in Render's Environment (RESEND_API_KEY) — it is never shown here and never typed in chat.

Stripe — test mode first (Phase 6)

No real money in test mode. Live money is blocked in code unless STRIPE_LIVE_APPROVED=1 is set in Render after a separate explicit approval. PlowPro never stores card numbers — Stripe Checkout hosts the payment page.

Subscription — $29.95/year + $10.99/year per employee

Data — Import & Export (Phase 7)

Imported customers start with blank prices — set them on the customer edit page. No standard Prices page. Backup export is a JSON file of your data; restore adds customers and track entries that are not already there.

Help (Phase 7)

Jobs: schedule a customer, check off work, Create Invoice. Customers: A–Z list, Edit/Delete/Schedule beside each name, dedicated edit page. Routes: Load Today's Route, GPS to Google Maps, Optimize by GPS then Apply. Invoices: Drafts first, Sent/Paid behind Show sent/paid, Send by email from PlowPro Billing. Track: paid invoices count once as income. Stripe: test mode first, live blocked until approved. Subscription: $29.95/year + $10.99/year per employee.

Track (Phase 4)

Season totals — Plowing only, Mowing only, side-by-side, and combined. Paid invoices count once as income, at full total — recording a payment never adds income on top.
